Benny Moss and the UNC Wilmington men's basketball team didn't do hungry college students any favors on Saturday night. Needing 100 points for one-dollar burgers at Two Guys Grille, the Seahawks 'settled' for a 99-82 win over James Madison. Chad Tomko dribbled out the final seconds with a smile towards the student section as a mock boo came from the stands. UNCW used a balanced attack to overcome a Trask Coliseum record 37 points from James Madison's Abdullai Jalloh who went 13 for 18 and grabbed seven boards.. The Seahawks had four 20-point scorers, including Chad Tomko who scored 19 points in the second half to finish with 24 points on the night. Tomko scored 11 of the 19 the first five minutes of the half as the Seahawks built a 57-47 lead. T.J. Carter scored 14 in the second half as he joined Daniel Fountain at the 20 point mark. Coming off a dismal free throw shooting performance at Delaware on Wednesday night, the Seahawks knocked down 22-of-25 from the line. They also limited their turnovers, giving the ball up only 13 times.
