Free H1N1 vaccination clinic today

UNCW will offer a FREE H1N1 vaccination clinic for students, faculty, staff and family members from 1 to 3:30 p.m., TODAY, Thursday, Feb. 4 in Warwick Center Ballroom 4. For purposes of this clinic, included family members are spouses, partners or children ages 10 and older. All family members will need to bring a form signed by the student, faculty or staff member (who does not need to be present if the form is filled out and signed in advance). A parent must be present to sign a consent form for the vaccination of children under age 18.
